PRICING Our fee for transcription is 10 cents a 60 character line. The typist has to use 60 key strokes before you are charged 10 cents. Every 60 key strokes is a line. A charge of 10 cents will be issued for every 60 key strokes. You will be invoiced weekly with net 30 day terms unless otherwise specific. To predict your cost of using our transcription service, simply open a typical patient report using Microsoft Word and clink on tools from the tool bar and select word count. Divide the characters with spaces total by 60 and multiple by 10 cents to achieve the cost of that document if transcribed by Budget Transcription. Billing amounts are based on a rate of $0.10 per 60 character lines. Can we Federal Express one to your location today?
We offer an Olympus digital handheld recorder and our secure internet transfer software to enable your practice to test our system. All you need to do is to provide the Internet connection. |
