Quality Budget Transcription consistently provides a 24-hour turn around time for the delivery of transcribed reports. Shorter turnaround is available and some of our clients require less (12 hours). We prefer to assign permanent transcriptionists to an account so the same typist transcribes the dictation from the same provider each day. This tends to develop a relationship between the dictating physician and the typist, resulting in expanded production and reduced error rate after a brief "get acquainted" period. A workflow manager and editor reviews the completed reports before they are delivered to the client. This is to ensure that all the work is present and that it is of the highest quality. This individual is the personal contact for the account and available to the client to quickly solve any issues that may arise. Budget Transcription transcribes in Microsoft Word
and can use special headers for easy loading into EMR systems. We offer
flexible formatting and saving options to meet your needs and can
duplicate your present page layout. Documents are usually saved as .doc,
.txt or .rtf and named according to the clients preference. We can make
suggestion for save formats and file names if you need assistance. |
